Parag Khanna interview/ Macleans magazine

An interview by Andrew Coyne of Parag Khanna, author of The Second World, talked about here last month. A foreign affairs adviser to Obama, Khanna spent two years traveling the world, researching his book, which presents a fresh look at the new balance of power, particularly as it relates to what he refers to what he calls the second world- those countries with one foot in the first world and one foot in the third world, as it relates to the new Nexis of power, the US, the EU and China.
